Totally clean room (and I’m a tough critic when it comes to cleanliness), super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Stopped for a sleep 10 hours into a 14ish hour drive & am glad we stayed here. They had everything we needed. Also not too far off the freeway, about six minutes.
I want to have rated it 5 stars but they made us wait 30 minutes to get our room when they and we were there at 3:00 the check-in time very annoying I think they need to have the rooms that they're checking out ready everybody that was coming and they were telling the same thing too it was going to be a small weight but it turned out to be 30 minutes and we had stuff we needed to do and it wasted our time I think we should have been credited for the 30 minutes that we wasted waiting there

Hotel is decent and well maintained. Staff was friendly. One day over two weeks there was no breakfast because someone didn’t show up, but it is just the same 4 standard Hilton breakfast anyway.
Clean rooms. Nice staff. Worst bed in a Hampton we've ever been in. Be sure to ask for upgraded pillows if they have them. Also note only 2 towels provided. Be prepared for the coldest elevator you've ever been in!
We were just passing through during our cross country move and stopped in to rest up. I slept like a baby so I can't tell you much about the amenities. Lol but I can say that at 10 pm they were very accommodating and politely expedited our check in . We appreciate you!
Great location with safe walking to downtown Main Street. Staff was absolutely delightful. Room and common spaces were clean & I personally liked that they didn't use strong smelling deodorizers / air fresheners.
I thought this hotel was great value. I thought all the staff we interacted with were very professional and kind. We did not experience any noise. The room was clean and we got a great nights sleep. The breakfast in the morning was robust and generous. Overall I would stay here again when in the area.
